What goes round, comes around

I always believe that what goes round, comes around and what goes up, will eventually comes down. It happened before and that's why I'm a strong believer of that phrase. Allah itu memang adil. Biarlah balasannya dari Dia.

Raya oh Raya

It's time of the year to spend, spend and spend. Kalau boleh segala apa benda pun nak tukar baru. Kadang-kadang tu sampai teroverspend...ni yg takut ni. This year kita decided not to buy langsir ngan sofa cover baru. Pakai yg tahun lalu pun ok lah. Anyway, langsir pat rumah pun dah jadik napkinnya Nadya. Kalau naik walker, dia terus tarik langsir masuk mulut. Takpun dia amik langsir untuk lap air liurnya...kehkehkeh. Kalau sofa cover tu, dah macam tempat alas for Nabeel to do his drawings or writing. Dah belikan meja special for him pun dia tak pakai. Atas sofa tu jugak yg dia nak draw-draw. So end-up so far cover penuh dengan crayon/pencil color markings.

But when come to baju & kasut anak-anak, selagi ada rezeki (insya allah), i'll try to get new ones for them. Lagi pun ni first time Nadya nak sambut raya. I already thought her macam mana nak salam. Tapi beware, salam dia bukan cium tangan tau tapi nak gigit tangan kita...hehe.

Kasut dan baju Nabeel dah settle. Baju Nadya pun dah settle jugak. Alhamdullilah, I've always got generous sponsorships from their uncle, aunties and grandparents.

Ni kasut raya Nadya tapi sayang tak muat...hehe. Itu lah saiz yg paling besar dorang ada. Padahal it's stated for 18 - 24mths old baby. Nadya baru nak masuk 10 mths...hehe. Nevermind, masih ada 2 weeks more to source for another shoes...

Colposcopy

Kecut perut bila dapat tau dat my second pap smear masih ada problem. Claudia cakap Dr Chris Chong nak buat colposcopy. Aiseman...bila dengar word scope-scope ni yg tak best ni. Yg paling tak best bila dapat tau the procedure will cost around $300. Kita try to check the website what this colposcopy is all about.

COLPOSCOPY
A colposcopy seems much like a Pap smear, however, there a few important differences. You are positioned on the examination table as in a Pap smear, however acetic acid (such as, common table vinegar) is placed on the cervix which causes the cervical cells to fill with water so light will not pass through them.
Another difference that you will notice is that your physician uses a colposcope to view your cervix. A colposcope is a large, electric microscope that is positioned approximately 30 cm from your vagina. A bright light on the end of the colposcope makes it possible for your physician to visualize your cervix.
Your physician focuses on the areas where no light passes through. Abnormal cervical changes are seen as white areas, the whiter the area, the worse the dysplasia. Abnormal blood vessel changes are also apparent through the colposcope. Abnormal vascular changes can occur in dysplasia. Typically, worse the vascular changes are the worse the dysplasia.
If your physician is able to view the entire abnormal area through the colposcope, a tissue sample or biopsy is taken from the whitest abnormal areas and sent to the lab for further evaluation.

Well....I had the colposcopy done last nite. Alhamdullilah, there's no visible cancer cells so no biopsy is required. Dr Chong cakap it's just inflammation again. He gave me antibiotics and some medicine. Another pap smear follow-up in 6 months time. Kalau ada inflammation lagi macam mana ehh...I don't dare to ask. Time will tell. Come April'07 then I will know...
