Nabeel's Birthday

Mat Nabeel birthday falls on 10 March. Di sebabkan Makyer kene keje dat day, he celebrated his birthday at school on 12 March. The kek was from Hyatt Hotel complimentary from Nek Gang (nek gang pun ada contacts pat Hyatt...hehe). The picture on the cake complimentary from the CD casing of CARS which was bought by Long Yah sometime back....hehe. Alhamdullilah and I'm very thankful to all sponsors. MakYer and PakYer cuma kluar modal buat goodie bags jer....hehe

This will be Nabeel's last birthday celebration at Learning Vision@ NTU. Next year he will be in Primary One. Aiseman cepat nyer masa berlalu. So scareddy.....

At last....

Akhirnyer selesai jugak event-event yg nak dijalankan. Penat...penat. Two weekends burnt and 3 weeks filled with brain-frying tasks. Not forgetting all the planning that took months. And the RESULTS - We won the award for the Best Booth Design for Career Exhibition and the Open House berjalan dengan lancar. Bukan nak membanggakan diri tapi the planning for the Career Exhibition nak kirakan 90% was done by me alone. Of course, on the exhibition days itself bukan kiter sorang jer lah yang kerja (itu memang nak carik maut...hehe). Semua faculties/depts punyer representatives pun kerja jugak including my dept. Kiter cuma appear on the last day because nak kene oversees the pack-up part. But dengan my condition like this, kiter rasa dia punya penat macam dua kali ganda. Keliks yang lain bukan tak tolong tapi dorang memang ada tugas masing-masing yang sama pentingnya.

Open House pun dah selamat diadakan. Of course ada hiccups here and there but no major problems. My team was satisfied. Skarang we all nak rest our brains...at least for these week...hehe.

Bila terpikir my other famili members pat US, alangkan seronoknyer kalo boleh golek-golek pat snow. Pat sini cuaca dia so hot...hot...hot.

Suntec lagi....

Ni gambar pat Suntec lagi. Tak abis-abis kene keje pat Suntec. Ni nanti orang pi US, kiter kene stationed pat Suntec untuk 4 hari. Alahai...lemahnyer lutut nak kene berdiri jer satu ari. The following weekendnyer ada Open House pulak. Bukan lutut nyer, mulut pun crammed jawab soalan-soalan dari budak-budak dan mak bapak budak. Kadang-kadang heran lah dengan orang-orang ni, nama jer nak apply masuk unibersiti, tapi cakap english pun bertabur. Lebih-lebih yang dari bukit tu. Entah camner dorang boleh qualify pun tak tau. Ada pulak bila ada question, mak bapak dorang yang tolong tanyer kan. Yang dia diri pat belakang tersengih jer. Pernah satu ari tu, kiter pernah terima phone enquiry "Hello...sorry ah...i forgot what cock i choose...." Nak sebut "course" pun tak reti. Kelik kiter pulak pernah receive this phonecall "harlow...am i in or not?" takder beri salam, takder intro....tetiba jer tanya whether in or not. Kelik kiter macam nak jawab "if u cork hardens...dat means u r in..." hehehe.

Aii...penat seh. For the past 2 Saturdays kene keje. Tapi memang dah expected. The first quater of the year memang peak period pat keje. Macam-macam event ngan project nak kene buat. Sib baik last Saturday punya event pat Suntec. Kalo pat NTU jer tersangat lah boring. At least pat Suntec lepas keje boleh jalan-jalan. Cakap jer nak jalan-jalan tapi kaki dah macam jelly. Tak terlarat seh berdiri satu hari. Balik rumah, uruskan budak-budak terus KO.

Smalam, pegi birthday party kawan punya anak pat West Coast Park. Kesian ujan-ujan pun bbq terpaksa go on. Tapi tak kisah lah, kitaorang di sajikan, tomyam noodle panas-panas, wantan goreng panas-panas, satay, garlic bread, teh tarik dan macam-macam lagi. Agaknya dorang bawak periuk belanger pat tempat tu eh...hehe

Another long day today. Pagi ada counter duty. Tengahari pulak ada meeting....Bz Bz Bz

Happy 2007

Happy New Year everyone!

Open Close Open Close the eyes....dah pun tahun 2007. Entah apa yg kiter dah achieved for the past year pun tak tau. But the closure of 2006 has been great with the 2.2 bonus received by all civil servants. Yehoooo!!!

I'm hoping for the best of health in 2007. I need the all the energy and strength in July. And in addition to that, we will also be busy with Nabeel's primary one registration. Ya Allah, please grant me the strength to face come what may....

I guessed there will be no overseas tours for me this year so I'm also looking forward to:
- souvenirs from US in March (haha....hint hint to some pple)
- Ngah's visit to SG probably in October (more souvenirs?? hehe)

I can't think of anything anymore....oh yes....PEACE IN THE MIDDLE EAST... haha

Bila tengok ce-alif-nun ni celebrate krismas kadang-kadang macam taber gitu ehh...hehe. Kalau mat salleh tu tak per jugak. Tapi apa boleh buat, pat SG ni about 70% bangsa dorang. Anyway, tak kisah lah kan, memang kita di galakkan untuk hormat adat resam bangsa dan agama orang lain. Tak salah rasanya kita ucapkan Merri Krismas ataupun berikan hadiah tanda persahabatan.

One year ago, on this day at this time, I was lying at the labour ward in Gleneagles Hospital. My princess has juz entered the big, big world. Today, she turns one. How time flies. She's not walking yet....i hope she will soon. With her 5 teeth, she's a big eater....juz like MakYer...hehe. She can eat anything from KFC to keropok to fries to her usual porridge.

Sorry darling, I didn't throw any big parties for you on your first birthday. MakYer has been feeling tired, worn out and not forgetting the emotional rollercoaster I'm in. Thanks to the hormones tablets I'm taking, they make me really drowsy. But I promised I'll be okay in a couple of months time to keep up with the raging energy inside you.

Happy Birthday to my princess, my darling Nadya Ameera. May Allah blessed you with the best of health and all the love from the people around you.

I'm Tired

*Sigh* ... I'm tired.

For the past two weekends, PakYer asik takder pat rumah and I'm stucked with the 2 kids. They are draining all my energy out. Sometimes I felt like screaming at the top of my lungs but what's the point. Bukannyer dorang paham...buang current ajer. End up I juz kept quiet. Rumah tonggang terbalik pun biarkan ajer lah. Sendiri duduk, sendiri ngadap, sendiri tanggung. Sometimes I end up having to eat only 2 meals a day. Breakfast would be at 11am and lunch at 5pm. Dinner dah tak yah makan.... (tu pun badan tak kurus-kurus hehe).

My weekends always start at 6:30am where I wake-up and put all the the dirty laundry in the washing machine. Lipat baju-baju yg pat galah. Then start cooking for my little princess. Nak vacuum (i dun use the broom) tak boleh bab takut semua bangun. Kalau dah bangun, lagi tak leh buat kerja. I'll finish cooking ard 7:30-7:45am (ini cooking porridge jer). Then start gantung baju yg dah di basuh. If I'm lucky, I'm able to get back to sleep. Otherwise, my prince will have woken up by then and I got to accompany him at the living room to watch Kids Central. Tersangat lah boring....I don't quite like cartoons. Around 8++am, my little princess wakes up. The rest of the day is history. When she sleeps, I sleep. Itu pun if I'm not forced by son to watch him play.

Kids are a bundle of joy but they can be a pain in the ass sometimes but still... they are your love, they are your life. I love them dearly.

And here I am.....still feeling TIREDDDDDDDDD....

Nak letak gambar my cousin's wedding but I don't have any. If I got one, I'll definitely put it up.

It has been a roller coaster experience for the past 2 weeks....banyak benda yang berlaku dalam masa yang begitu pendek. The only thing I learned is that fate is not in our hands. Kita hanya mampu merancang dan berusaha. Allah saja yang menentukan segala nyer.

Smalam, 14 November was Pak Yer's birthday. Kecian pakyer takder apa-apa celebration except for the soup tulang merah i bought for dinner hehe. Well jadi lah....that's one of his favourite food. Prezen pun belum beli. Bila tanya dia nak prezen apa, ada ker dia kata spoiler for the car. Makin tua, makin susah nak carik prezen. Maybe belikan dia baju or levis jeans....tengok lah nanti weekend camner.... Eh luper plak, weekend sibuk dengan wedding...aiseman....
